Questions before you ask
Does sending a request commit us to anything?
No. A request lets us understand the profile you need. You decide whether to go ahead once you have seen the candidates.
What happens after I send the request?
A consultant calls or emails you to go through the brief: skills, context, languages, budget and start date. The search starts once the brief is clear.
Can you find profiles who speak French, Dutch and English?
Tell us the languages the role needs in the form. We include language level in the screening and only present candidates who match it.
What is the difference between a freelancer and a consultant?
A freelancer is independent and invoices for the assignment. A consultant is employed by TCrew and works in your team; we handle the contract and the follow-up.
Can you provide nearshore consultants, or candidates who need a work permit?
Yes. Our teams work from Brussels and Rabat, so consultants can join you on site in Belgium or work nearshore. When a candidate needs a work permit, we handle the procedure.
Do you only recruit IT profiles?
