Test analyst

Job description:

The Test Analyst is responsible for creation and execution of the product test solution.

He/She will work in a multi-disciplined team to uncover and debug problems and ensure product requirements are captured.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Determine what to test, prioritize the tasks, and monitor the test coverage;
• Define specific tests, design test cases
• Documents procedures for testing
• Analyze the results, and report observations to the team.
• Develop project deliverables including test cases, test procedures together with the integrator
• Evaluates, maintains and improves testing approach within the project together with the integrator
• Understand the technical requirements and work closely with the various project stakeholders;
• Communicate progress to project management in a structured and clear way.

Required skills, abilities, and certifications 

• Demonstrated ability to work within large-scale complex projects
• Work both with Business and IT stakeholders
• Ideally experience within a financial institution or financial software organization
• Extremely responsive with a strong sense of urgency
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Extensive testing experience (minimum 5 years)
• Experience with JIRA mandatory
• English speaking is a must
