Imad Ouahab, Founder and CEO of Test Crew, started as an IT Testing Management Consultant. A position he occupied for 10 years before creating Test Crew and for 15 years after creating it.
Mr. Ouahab’s experience and knowledge of the market, made him heavily requested by multiple clients.
Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Ouahab founded Test Crew in 2007 and began operating with intermediaries and later engaged commercials, in 2020, to place candidates in IT, before diversifying Test Crew’s offering to include Finance, HR, manufacturing and other sectors.

Before being a recruitment company, Test Crew is a dream that was made possible by the vision of its founder and the dedication of its employees. Today, the company is operating in Belgium and will continue to expand to cover recruitment needs across Western Europe and North Africa.
